Angry Old Man

Last night I went and rewatched the latest Harry Potter film again.
I very much enjoyed it the first time and I've enjoyed it even more the second.

What I love about your work is the energy, full of life and vigor! I only wish I could have that much life in my sketches....

Keep them coming, Elliot!

The drawing is especially Steadman-ish to me. Lotta energy going on, indeed!

And yeah, when are you starting your whirlwind worldwide tour?

My son Pablo supervised and animated quite a few bits on it...His piece of resistence was the underwater sequence with the mermaids that the director chopped by half in the released version.

Smook - it's all smoke and mirrors, designed to cover up the lack of fundamental drawing skills.

Matt - I'm pleased they arrived. And thanks for your comments on my other posts. I was especially pleased that you picked Parky without having to label him.
Cheers pal.

Boris & Red - thanks as always for your feedback. Not sure when world trip will begin but I'm about to post some thoughts on the suject.

Oscar - Your son did a fine job despite edits. The kids love that sequence in particular.
There was, I imagine a bit more business to show what the little tentacled things were.
I think it's the best of the series which is quite a call considering I particularly love the one before.
