Another great series, Mr. Elliot. I absolutley love your silhouette series...

Dare I imagine the next image in this set? Maybe the appetizer washed down with a little sherrie perhaps?

Smook said...

You just couldn't put in an inbetween, eh? I rationalized that this would be some where in the set. Ever entertaining, Mr. Cowan.....

Happy now?

LOL Mr.Yod is hilarious!

Cheers Hans.
That's a nice frosty looking beer you've got there.
I've seen you own work on drawingboard many times.
I liked the big signage image very much.

These look like stills from a film short! Have you ever considered doing a short? It would be brilliant in your style!

It’s gross, funny and cool all at the same time, great job! ^_^

I have worked on a couple of short films about 320 years ago.
I have often considered making a short but there's a simple matter of time and money.
Plus the fact that I'm not actually an especially good animator.

Elliot said...

Fem! - you must have posted that as I was writing my last reply to Smook.
Nice to have you here.

This is terrific - your style works really well in silhouette. This blog inspired cross pollination of ideas & feedback is really beginning to help us all. Keep it going-

Is there a funnier word than Poot?
Lovely as always sir.

I Can't resist sending this comment since the word verification is ONATX...One day I'll write a Dadaist Poem with these verified words and the spirit of Tristan Tzara will bless me from the Great Cabaret Voltaire in Heaven!
By the way...Your work is top notch as usual.

Everyone!
You are all very kind indeed.
Your thoughts from the other side of the world inspire me always.
Matt - that is a very true.
This blogging thing represents a major change in my life.
Jastolfo - Poot is a very amusing word indeed.
Oscar - I have often wanted to start a blog displaying word verifications.
Thanks for dropping past pal!

Great sketches, I' sure my grand kids would love a book in this style. When they're bad i can threaten them with the "Elliot book."
