Better Looking

It has occured to me that I have been in the United Kingdom for only 3 months as of today.
It feels like about 10 years...
I'd like to take the opportunity to thank some folks in particular.
Special thanks to Oscar and Patricia who have welcomed me like some kind of distant but familar cousin.
A thank you to to Uli Meyer, whose treats me like someone he has known his entire life.
I thank Neil Ross for refusing to lower the tone of the evening despite my contributions. An inspiration and a fine fellow.
And Boris Hiestand, who has been a delight, a pleasure, and on every single occasion, a friend.
More than anyone though, I thank little cousin Rachel, who has fed me and housed me since the day I arrived.
Someone cleverer than me will write an anthem in your honor and will include the name, Iain, on occasion, who may not be as pretty as you, but is better at X-Box.
