Boxhead and Roundhead are off to France for the Sequence festival in Toulouse.
I also discovered via a random Google search that The Infernal Machine played at the St Petersburg Message To Man Film Festival.
I'm not entirely sure what message The Infernal Machine sends to man, but there you go.
Nice that it played.
I'm sure the Russians loved it.

I think the message is pretty obvious, 'Donkey Kong would have been so much better with two Apes.' ... or something like that.
It's great to see an Aussie getting lots of festival play. Are any of the Govt orgs over here paying attention to the films?
Maybe they are but they're keeping it a secret.
I did contact Film Vic when I was at home last, but really didn't follow it up properly.
Now that I'm based overseas I'm not sure I'm eligible for anything from them.
Also - when entering films into festivals they ask what country the film was made in, not what the origin of the film maker is.
Consquently I'm usually listed as being from the UK or the US and only occasionally am I able to sneak in that I'm Australian.
It's a little bit of a wank but they should at least be registered with Screen Australia.
Yeah - you know I will do the minute I've got 10 or 11 hours to fill in that vast document...
They didn't ask me if I was agree for Boxhead and Roundhead to be shown in France.
They've played there several times without your permission, smarty pants.
AWESOME!:OD
