Is the torture of poor Boxhead and Roundhead never to end? I suppose I must be a very cruel person, because I laughed a lot, but I have a question: WHAT IS THAT LANGUAGE??? It sounds so romantic...

Patricia - When I first wrote the books and showed them to my friend Alex he said, "There seems to be a recurring theme of calamity here".
Grim and beautiful. I watched it a few times in a row and will watch it again tomorrow, to lift the spirit.
Next one should be in colour, a Disney's employee said.
I did love it; especially Boxhead's flicking of the switch and the look on his face.
Horaaaaayyy, I enjoyed this lots... Beats watching that bloomin' Sadam video anyway. Looking forward to the next one, great work elliot.

JESUS! you're turning out an animated short every week! Kudos to you for getting yopur shit together & MAKING something! There's some excellent compositions in this one when B & R are INSIDE the machine - the shapes & textures - GORGEOUS! You'r ehot on the heels of joel Trussell's position of ONE MAN ANIMATION STUDIO. Keep it up. & Happy New Year too!

That is a great short. Just found you on Drawingboard.org. Great use of a Tom Waits song too. He is popping up more and more in animation since his music already elicits imagery. Patricia asked what language it is... I think she was talking about the song... It is actually entirely made up. The song is called "Kommienezuspadt."
Your use of texture in this animation is awesome. Great work!
