This is Australian Prime Minister John Howard being asked to make a complicated decision.

And this is him smiling in his sincere way.
It is interesting that even though, many years ago, he had his teeth fixed and his eyebrows trimmed, everyone still draws him with fuzzy-wuzzy eyebrows and big teeth.
