Anyone for Cake?

Here's a thing.
Does anyone know of the guitar player Marc Ribot?
If so - does anyone know how to pronounce his name?
Is it RI-BOW as in bow and arrow, or is it RIBOT like the noise a frog makes?

  1. I'm pretty sure it's pronounced Ree-bow. At least, in American it is. Google him...

  2. Ree-Bóhh... a dry and accented "ó" at the end, no "t" or "w"... even if he was born in America, the name is French.
