Hey well done Elliot, the 'real-life' brown version looks even better! Adding a tone to your work brings the B&W to life a bit more, gives it addedc texture.
OG - Did they pay what is was worth? Do they ever?? I'm just happy someone wanted it.
Boris - email me an address and I'll send you something.
Matt - Actually there's no brown in it at all, it's merely yellowish light being reflected in the glass. It's mounted in a warm timber frame which does give it a jollier feel rather than the stark black and white.
Smook - I am well hung with pride myself.
Mik - It's about 90cm by 75cm - something like that.
Congratulations :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats.
ReplyDeleteLucky bastard the buyer...I hope she/he paid what is worth it!!!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind having an original Cowan on my wall myself actually..
